This is the official website of our store Marissa Shoppe. We made it ourselves so that we could cut out all the middlemen between us and you, shop with hassle free and at the fastest speed here, we bet you won’t regret!

We will never share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is us, and the second party is you.

Hence, a third party is anyone other than us and you. And, you know, they probably have enough already. So, don’t need to worry, your information is safe with us.

 

Can I shop items online and ask my husband to collect them in store?

Yeah sure, why not. If you wish to shop online and ask your friend/family to pick up your items, what you need to do is to select “pick-up at Marissa Shoppe” at the checkout during payment.

Hence, NO delivery charge will be imposed. Please note that online payment must be made first for in-store pickup, no reservation allowed.

Do you accept PayPal, Google Wallet, or some other weird payment system that I like?

No, we only use our own payment system, which works using SenangPay. We accept three regular credit cards: VISA, MasterCard & AMEX. We also accept payment using your debit card & online banking: Maybank2u, Cimbclicks etc.

 

How long should I wait for my parcel to be arrived?

Not too long dear.

Express Shipping to Malaysia: 1-3 days. And if it is not a festive season and the express delivery brothers are not having too much packets to deliver, you can even receive your parcel on the next day after receiving your tracking number wuuhoo!

All orders are shipped upon confirmed payment.

A tracking code will be emailed to you within 24 hours after you have made your payment, please check the code given on official delivery website (POSLAJU/CITYLINK) to know your parcel whereabouts .
